How to place an order on C'est La Tee?

To become the lucky owner of one of our models, simply add products to your basket. For that, you have to choose your size and the model you want on the product page. Once your shopping cart is complete, you will have to create a customer account, indicating your email address and fill in the requested information. In case you already have created an account, you will have to enter your login details. You will then be able to enter your delivery, billing address and your method of payment. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order is now in process. Attention, the email of confirmation can sometimes slip into your junk mail! Please take a look in case you do not find it directly in your mailbox.

How do I track my order?

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Tracking numbers are generated when a shipping label is printed at our facility - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed. If it has been more than 48 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at hello@cestlatee.com.

From your profile dashboard, you will see your order history under "Fulfillment Status." Here you will find your order status. Your order will reflect one of the following statuses:
Being Fulfilled - Your order is ready for fulfillment and the process has begun. Estimated time for completion will show in the status bar. Typically fulfillment time is 2-7 business days.
Partially Fulfilled - Your order may contain products that do not ship together. In this case, you may see the order as partially fulfilled. This means some portion of your overall order is already complete and we are still working on another shipment in that same order. You will see tracking information for any packages that have already been shipped out.
Fulfilled - Your order was printed and packaged and is ready to go! The Tracking Info button should appear next to your shipment information and if the level of service selected for shipping included tracking your updates should go live within 24 hours. You will receive a notification from us once the order has left our building.undefined
Returned - Your order was returned to us. Check the return notes to confirm the reason. All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Why I did not receive an order confirmation?

If you received a 'Your order has been processed' confirmation at the checkout, this means that your order was successfully placed and is in our system. If you do not receive an email from us within 5 minutes of placing your order, we'd suggest to double check your spam/junk mail. If you still cannot locate it, you may have entered your email incorrectly - reach out to us at hello@cestlatee.com and we will send you your confirmation. Alternatively, if you create an account under the 'Create Account' page with the same email you used in your order, you can see all your orders under the 'My Order' section.

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

Are the packaging materials recyclable?

The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.

Payments

My payment was rejected, what should I do?

Oops ... the payment is blocked. Please check that you have filled correctly your credit card information, check if the card is not expired, if your account has sufficient funds or if you have not exceeded your payment limitation. Otherwise, try to switch for another method of payment. If the problem persists, we suggest using the PayPal checkout and selecting the 'Debit/Credit Card' payment method as it is unlikely to be rejected through that method. Alternatively, you can attempt to place the order with a different card or try again later. If the issue persists, we would suggest to follow up with your bank.

Is your website safe and secure?

Yes. We are a 100% United States based company registered in Florida. We are available for any questions or concerns you may have, with an answer guaranteed in less than 24h. All of our payments, both directly through PayPal and via the Credit/Debit Card option, are securely processed by PayPal's PayFlow payment gateway. What this means is that we do not store or save any of your credit card information at any point, and that all purchases are 100% protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection against non-delivery or receiving something which is not as described.

My promotional code does not work, what should I do?

To start, make sure you are connected with your account. Indeed to use your promo code or credit, you must be logged into your account. Then try to fill it in the advantage code part at the end of your shopping cart page and validate it. You should see your reduction appear. If this still does not work, please contact our customer service at hello@cestlatee.com and we will help you. Please note that discount coupons are not cumulative and in the event that two valid discount coupons are entered, only the highest discount will be taken into account.

Why I got charged an extra dollar?

Banks and credit card companies often place a $1 test authorization to make sure the credit card is valid or not.  Sometimes, it is added to the order total when the payment is authorized, making it look like the pending transaction has an extra dollar. However, when the credit card is finally charged (when the items ships), the correct amount should be charged from your credit card.

What methods do you accept for payment?

We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay for payments.

For international purchases with specific credit/debit cards, your bank may charge an international transaction fee.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 14 days
You have received your items but the size or the shape doesn't fit ? No worries, C'est La Tee gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise within 14 days from the date of shipment.
Please not that price adjustments will not be honored if there is price adjustment between the moment you bought the item and the moment you asked for a refund.

Free Returns for United States Customers. All styles are eligble to be returned.

For United States customers
, if you log in, you will be able to generate a pre-paid return label to return your order. Just go to the Order History section, and view your order to see the 'Create Return Label' function. No further information is required on your end, the return label has all your information. If you placed an order without an account, you can use the same email to create an account to access your return label.
You may return any style for store credit by contacting us with your order details within 14 days from the delivery date of the style. Your return will be processed within 10 business days of us receiving it.

For international customers, return postage is the responsibility of the recipient. Just enclose your order details in your return package and send it back to our Return Address below:

Please note: Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund! C'est La Tee reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy requirements.

What about exchanges?

We do not provide exchanges at the moment. If you want to proceed to an exchange, please first return us your order, and then order the new item you would like to purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time?

As we do not make stock and print our products each time we get an order, it usually takes between 2-5 business days to create our products. Then you have to add shipping times on top of that:
3-5 business days,
3-6 days in Canada
5-10 days internationally

Almost all of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Shipping costs:
- Free US shipping
- $ 2.90 USD for Europe
- $ 3.90 USD for Canada
- $ 9.90 for International Orders
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. If your order arrived later than expected, C'est La Tee could not be taken as responsible.

For international orders, any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. This cost is not covered or charged by us and is the responsibility of the recipient, and we'd suggest contacting the relevant local authorities to confirm any potential additional charges.

One product is missing. What can I do?

If you have not received your order by the end of your delivery timeframe, we'd suggest following the steps below as they are solving the majority of delivery issues:
- Your order may have been shipped in multiple parts, so the other products in your order may be coming seperately. You would have received multiple shipping notifications if this is the case.
- Check again the email you received from us regarding your specific shipping information. Please read the email in full, there may be pertinent details which may have been missed.
- Verify the shipping address provided.
- If the initial address provided was incorrect, your package will be processed as returned to sender by our returns team.
- Look around the delivery location for your package, as the order may have been left in an unusual location or see if someone else accepted the delivery, such as a neighbor, either on purpose or by accident.
- Check in with your local post office, as packages are often held there for pick up.

If you still do not have any information about your item, it may be had been lost in transit. We are sorry that this happened to you. Please contact us as soon as possible by dropping us an e-mail to hello@cestlatee.com or in our contact page. Please inform us which item is missing and we will work on it.

I made a mistake in the address, the model, or the size when I ordered, what can I do?

Well, you know that that happens even to the best of the best, right? You have to contact us as soon as possible at hello@cestlatee.com so that we can try to solve your problem. We will do our best to take your change into account as much as possible (if your order has not been prepared or shipped yet).

I am outside the USA, can I order on C'est La Tee?

Yes! We ship to just about every country in the world - though C'est La Tee isn't available in very few countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. For now, C'est La Tee doesn't ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Antilles, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We're available to all other countries and ship internationally! :)

Please note that we do pay for all shipping and delivery costs; but for international orders, taxes and/or duty fees may be charged on delivery of the order by your local government. This cost is not covered or charged by C'est La Tee and is the responsibility of the recipient, and we'd suggest contacting the relevant local authorities to confirm any potential additional charges.

Size

How can I figure my size?

Simply click here on "size chart" or on the product detail page of the item you are wishing to purchase. Please note, this chart includes U.S. sizes only, which may vary from other countries.
At the moment, all our products are unisex.
- Aurelie, our female model, is 5’7” for 117 pounds / 1.69m for 53kg. She is wearing S models.
- Xavier, our male model, is 6’3” for 190 pounds / 1.90m for 86kg. He is wearing M models.

Why are there no smaller sizes than S ?

C'est La Tee is a young brand and we are hardly working on developping our product portfolio to meet everyone's expectations. For the moment, we will not provide XS product unfortunately but this is planned in a near future.

How to create an account?

To create an account C'est La Tee, you just gave to go to our website www.cestlatee.co and then click the button "Sign Up" at the top right of the screen. You will have the opportunity to create an account by filling in your email address and other information.

I lost my password, how can I get it back?

Don't worry, who has never forgotten one of his password? Certainly not us! So we give you the solution: go to our dedicated page www.cestlatee.co/lostpassword. If you are still facing problems, you can contact our service hello@cestlatee.com so that we can fix that together.

I need to change my address or other details, what should I do?

Please log in to your account to change your personal details on your profile. Unfortunately, we cannot change the registered email address. If you have made an order and see that there was an error in your address, please let us know as soon as possible at hello@cestlatee.com. We will try to change it if the item have not been shipped yet.
